We help international buyers find their perfect home on the Red Sea coast of Hurghada, Egypt.
I am Faisal Ahmed Mohamed — but please, just call me Ahmed.
My full name on official documents is: Ahmed Mohamed Faisal Abdelghaffar Ahmed Agiz (أحمد محمد فيصل عبدالغفار أحمد عجيز). In Arabic naming, a full name also carries the father's and grandfather's names, which is why it is longer than the one I use day to day. It is this full name that appears on the registration card below.
For more than two years I have been selling property in Hurghada, along with the services that go with it. My wife, Éva, works alongside me.
There are two of us, and that is deliberate: we look after every client personally, from the first question to the handover of the keys.
We do this through our own company, fully and legally registered — and we show it rather than simply claim it.
A registered business
Our company is registered with the Egyptian Tax Authority for real estate brokerage, with a certificate valid until 2030. The sensitive details on the card — tax number, address and ID number — have been blacked out for security.
